Uniform

We believe in fostering a sense of unity, pride, and professionalism. Our school uniform is essential to our identity, instilling a sense of belonging and creating a positive learning environment. Our uniform policy reflects our commitment to academic excellence and sets the stage for success. Here’s a glimpse of our uniform guidelines:

Tops:

  • Boys: Crisp and collared white or light blue button-up shirts, neatly tucked in.
  • Girls: White or light blue blouses or shirts, with the option of a Peter Pan or regular collar.

Bottoms:

  • Boys and Girls: Navy blue or khaki pants, shorts, or skirts of an appropriate length (no more than 2 inches above the knee). Skirts should have a modest and professional appearance.

Sweaters and Jackets:

  • Solid navy or light blue sweaters, cardigans, or vests can be worn over the uniform shirt during colder months. No logos or excessive embellishments are allowed.
  • Canvas School-branded outerwear, such as jackets or blazers, may be purchased for special occasions or events.

Footwear:

  • Closed-toe shoes in solid black or brown are required for safety and professionalism.
  • Girls may wear flat or low-heeled shoes. Boys should wear appropriate dress shoes or loafers

Accessories:

  • Students may wear simple, small studs or small earrings that do not pose a safety hazard.
  • Hair accessories should be minimal and in school colors, if applicable.
  • Other accessories, such as watches or bracelets, should be subtle and not distract from the learning environment.

At Canvas School, we believe in maintaining a neat appearance. Students are expected to wear their uniform with pride and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the school. Our uniform policy promotes equality, minimizes distractions, and prepares students for a professional environment beyond the school walls.

We understand the importance of flexibility, and exceptions may be granted for special circumstances or cultural considerations. Our school administration is available to address any questions or concerns regarding the uniform policy, ensuring that all students feel comfortable and supported.

Together, let's embrace the power of a unified appearance, creating a positive and focused atmosphere where students can excel academically and grow into confident individuals.
